Does running on grass matter too much?
Post Body
Complete newbie here so sorry if this is a bit of a stupid post. I've always wanted to try sprinting as I loved it in highschool many years ago, but there isn't a proper track near my house, except one that is on a grass field. Will this impact my ability to run and train very much? Would running on grass in fact be beneficial at all in translating back onto a proper track whenever I get the opportunity? Or would it be better to try sprinting at a park on a random footpath? Thanks!
