Have you ever wondered why it seems like Spark and Walmart donât fix the issues that are the most prevalent? This video will answer some of those questions. Itâs because theyâre well aware and choose not to fix them. Realistically, how many spark drivers have the financial ability to get together and create a class action against this shit? They know that thereâs a FAT chance itâll happen right away (from the time they started this fraudulent activity), so companies take the chance of a lawsuit and make all the money they can. Tip baiting, order fraud, noncompliance with local laws for better pay, itâs all a ruse to collect a large chunk of change under the ruse that itâs âa glitch or errorâ and that theyâve been in the process of fixing it. In the eyes of the law youâre not wrong when youâre actively trying to fix the issue when it comes to large businesses. All companies do this because the money made is greater than any legal expense to fight. What are we to do when the law favors the big guyâŚ
