Hi all, I'm fairly familiar with Spanish, studied it a lot, but that was mostly in a classroom so I don't know a lot of the slang. One of my favorite Mexican food places near me in Colorado is called "Mi Gallo Giro" and I was wondering if this is a slang term I don't quite get, or if it's just an odd name. I believe a straight translation is "my rooster turned" but that doesn't sound exactly right for a restaurant name. I'm aware gallo can be used as a slang term for a part of human anatomy known by a synonym to 'rooster', so I was wondering if it's supposed to be some funny perverted name? Or is it a line from some movieor book I've never seen? Any ideas?
