Some context - I am studying Spanish mainly for fun and personal growth. I have learnt 2 other languages without going super heavily into grammar, but I do believe grammar is important because of syntax and rules.
However, it can quickly get very technical with moods, preterite and other terms that I have honestly never bothered to learn for my other languages.
The way I'm doing it right now is to "brute force" it with a lot of rote learning via Duolingo and see if the concepts trickle in (sometimes they do) and supplant that with a lot of grammar articles so I can see where I am going wrong when I do. If anyone has a better approach I'm all ears!
Thanks for the help so far!
