I'm super interested in getting these earbuds and have a question. I currently use a Jabra Elite Active 75t and they can be easily paired to phones via regular Bluetooth without an app. The app itself works without nearly any permissions. I also have a pair of Samsung earbuds and they're the exact opposite. You need a stupid app just to pair them and it requires an obscene amount of permissions. If you don't give it permissions, the dumb earbuds don't work at all. That's my concern. Do the XM4 need an app to use them? If so, does the app need a ridiculous amount of permissions?
connects to phone, pc, steam deck no issues
