Hello Slovenia!

I will be in Ljubljana from 15th of august till the 18th august and i'm looking for reccommendations of things to see. I read on some older post of an area called Metelkova (?) and it looks like an area that falls right into my taste

Mostly intrested in Grafitti and local places to hang out. Museums and parks doesn't really appeal to me.

Any food i should be trying out?

Note: I sit in a wheelchair and therefor can only go to so many places. Any cool nightclubs without stairs? Really into techno and rave culture. Anyone that already now can tell me if klub K4 is wheelchair accesible?
