Hi!
My depression essentially eliminated my skincare routine over the last 6 months, but I now have the time and energy to take better care of my skin. For context I'm 30 years old, and am outside generally 1-2 hours a day with my dog. I live in CO so I'm constantly dehydrated and my skin dries out in the winter.
I need help with both AM & PM care - my main concerns are rough texture (when I don't exfoliate) and some sebaceous filaments on my nose.
Items I have:
- Murad AHA/BHA exfoliator (love, only use in the shower)
- Jack Black SPF 20 moisturizer (also love)
- CeraVe Salicylic cleanser
- CeraVe nighttime moisturizer
- CeraVe retinol (haven't used yet)
- Kiehls Avocado eye cream
- Neutrogena Hydroboost sunscreen
- Glossier Super Bounce, Super Pure, Super Glow serums (haven't used Pure or Glow)
- A few cleansing balms/oils
- Simple micellar water
Items I'm interested in/have never used:
- Glycolic acid
- Vitamin C
- Retinol
Thank you!
