I live in Minnesota and I just watched the kare11 News they had a segment about famous people who have passed away over the past year they mentioned a lot of people but no mention of Terry Hall and I find it offensive that one of the best names in Ska doesn't even get a mention backed by a syncopated beat, as people all over the world are skanking to the specials in his memory. It's a travesty. Support Your Local Ska Band! And remember what is important, this is all about the music and the incredible people who make it.
Terry Hall may not have been acknowledged by whatever local conglomerate owns my local news station but, we all can. Spread Ska from Millie Small to Catbite and everything in-between embrace it for the love of the tribe and for the memory of Terry Hall.
Thank You for taking the time to read this, and skank your way into a happy new year.
