His parole probably comes with strict restrictions on internet usage due to what he was charged with.
All sex offenders are denied access to social media in Illinois for the term of their parole; this isn't specific to Amos or child sex offenders.
In Amos' case, it's 3 years (until October 2026).
Anyone from the public can make a report to the Chicago Police Department if Amos violates these terms, and back to the slammer he goes.
Apparently since his asylum was granted by an immigration judge and not an asylum officer, he will need to be placed in deportation proceedings by ICE first, then an immigration judge can revoke his asylum at a hearing.

You're right, it's a lot more complicated than just a flick of the pen.
To me, this seems like a legal loophole.
It means political asylees can commit multiple felonies (just like Amos has here), and even then it would be very cumbersome to deport them.

That's just not true.
They can deport you to any country that's not Singapore, for example.
As long as you don't have a US passport, you can be deported one way or another.
