Struggling with MCCC: Population and Moving

I figured out how to turn off homes being filled up but how do I make sure sims don’t move out of households? I noticed some of the EA made ones are separating. How do I prevent that? No one is aging up or anything. I basically need the settings of how the worlds come pre built
