Just installed and the graphics are terrible

Hi friends, im looking for a way to improve the graphics on my PC. I got this message while installing but went ahead anyways without issue. Does this have something to do with the graphics and is it fixable? I’ll also take any mod or setting suggestions as well. Thanks!
