Rule 9) Borrowers may only apply for TWO loans.

By enforcing this guideline, we hope to protect both lenders and borrowers (the community). This will put a stop to serial scamming, borrowers digging themselves a hole they can't get out of, and lenders filing disputes (lol). But in all seriousness, ONLY TWO LOANS!
