Black soles have turned brownish due to dust what should I use to turn them black again?

A couple of my sneakers have there soles turned light brownish from the exterior due to my dusty adventures, I’ve tried cleaning them but still them look dry and brownish where as the fabric of the sneakers are still black, what should I use or what type of polish?
