Shopper completed order at different store

Post Body

I’m a customer and am wondering what to do.

I requested my order from Vons, but my shopper clearly completed the order at Target. Normally I wouldn’t care, but Target does not carry a couple of the items I requested and she could not find suitable substitutes (kid food - they are picky, what can I say?)

The bags are Target bags. The store brand stuff is Market Pantry - Target’s store brand. I mean it’s 100% obvious.

Also, I know prices at Target tend to be cheaper than Vons and I absolutely paid the Vons prices.

I’m not sure what to do. I am frustrated that I have to put in another order for the stuff she couldn’t get by shopping at the wrong store (I can’t go out because I’m high risk). I am usually a generous tipper (order was $84 and normally I would have tipped $20, plus I always have a special request which is any drink and/or snack for them to keep to say thanks) and feel bad if I don’t tip, but again I’m a bit frustrated. I’ll probably tip her some but not what I normally would.

How should I handle this as a customer/member? Does it warrant reporting? Or do I just rate her 1 Star and not get assigned to her again?

UPDATE: I contacted Shipt support and they refunded my entire order (did not ask for any refund, she just offered it right off the bat) and said she could see where the shopper definitely shopped at Target. This was my first time using the support chat feature and I’m blown away by this resolution. Thanks everyone for encouraging me to reach out to them!
