Hue sync integration

I have been running a tv with hye ambient light until I had to sell it then bought a sync jut. Thats been horrible with lag snd a lot of connectivity issues (relooping the hdmi port),
I see there are two apps in the store on shield, but is i possible to make sure shield start sync automatically when turned of without starting the app.
Km using home assistant, so maybe it’s possible with cli to start sync minimised?
Any ideas? Any other apps? And my next tv will be philips
