Is there any way to disable the "Add as internal storage/keep external" popup every time I connect a USB drive?

I just updated the OS to the new MM and I hate this popup. I have an external HDD which I connect and disconnect even several time per day as I transfer media from my PC to it and this is just annoying, plus I would hate to accidental select "add as in internal drive", in which case I hope it just doesn't go ahead and format the drive without a second confirmation.
