Anyone have trouble installing with Gog Galaxy 2.0?

It used to work but I reset my Shadow and it doesn't now. Every other launcher installs fine (Steam, Origin, Epic, etc) but GG 2.0 doesn't, has an installation failed E4 every time.
Weird bc GOG Galaxy 1 still works. And I gave GG 2 exclusions in the firewall and anti virus.
