Question?
Post Body

Do you all flirt at work to increase your tips? As a man, I never flirt while I'm doing my job. I'm not knocking anyone who does but I just personally don't feel comfortable with it. I want my guests to feel attended to and comfortable while I'm taking care of them and I feel like flirting is not only inappropriate but puts them in a position where they are stuck. That's the last thing I'd ever want to make someone feel. I don't even flirt back when tables obviously do with me. So tell me, what do you all think? Am I way off base in this?
