Due to the recent attempt of Balkania joining our former oppressors the "UMM", I believe it is needed for me to finally address the Balkania situation directly, and give my opinion as King on what should be done.

In my personal experience the people of Balkania have been extremely pleasant to deal with. I have no reason to wish ill-will to any of them. This, along with our previous experiences with a rash, oppressive government have lead me to allow the Current city of Balkania to exist as the entity it is now. Defined by their own borders here. If a slight adjustment is needed to their borders then we will adjust it. It is my wish that those who live in Balkania will enjoy, and flourish in their city as we once did in Old Senntisten.

However, there is still the issue of their expansion towards the south to the ruins of and old town. Due to the small amount of improvement done by Balkania to the land there (just 2 flags to my knowledge) I wish of them to forget these claims to Senntisten land. If they require more land to farm, they may work out a deal with me to either purchase, or lease land off of our empire closer to their original claims.

It is my hope that Balkania understands our situation, and accepts these terms. I wish for no trouble to come to our citizens or theirs, and hope we can live together in peace as we have so far in the north with no convoluted foreign attempts at a puppet-state, and joint use of our NetherFactory.
