Utilizing the "NFL Draft Value Trade Chart", the Seahawks can theoretically trade their #20 (850 points) and #37th (530 points) overall picks for roughly the #7 overall pick (Falcons)... Who would YOU take at #7??

Hi Folks,

After perusing some of the other posts, I became interested in the never-gunna-happen-but-freakin'-cool potential of the Hawks nabbing both Jalen Carter and Tyree Wilson in the 2023 draft.

But math-wise, things add up- and it's possible provided the Falcons likely giving Desmond Ridder this 1 year to prove himself as QB1 material, or not. They'll probably draft a weapon or top OT prospect to protect him during his make it or break it year.

As you've no doubt seen from other scenarios here and elsewhere, it's looking likely that the Seahawks have the likely potential to draft Jalen Carter if they desire, AKA the Next Aaron Donald, at #5... as well as Tyree Wilson at #7 or #8- assuming the Falcons or Raiders were willing to trade back, although I doubt the Raiders would as they appear to be circling in on Anthony Richardson or Will Levis around there. But the Falcons could be a serious prospect to call up and see if their front office is interested.

Here is the NFL Trade Value Chart: SFW Link

Theoretically a GM could trade the #20 pick for 850 value points and the #37 pick for 530 points, which equals 1380, plus a late-round ham sandwich, for the #7 pick is at 1400 points. For additional context, the #8 pick the Raiders hold, and are unlikely to trade down on, is 1350 points.

The Hawks would get a big bodied DE in Tyree Wilson who fits their new 3-4 scheme- as well as the super hyped DT prospect Jalen Carter. I think this would be a tremendous scenario and the Hawks still have a #3d Round and #4th Round picks to address Linebacker and Center, respectively.

How would this subreddit feel about the Hawks' getting both Jalen Carter AND Tyree Wilson in the same draft???... that would be pure and utter madness.

That being said, that is simply my own 2023 draft fantasy.

WHOM WOULD YOU TAKE AT 7... and WHY??

Make the call PCJS!!
