Unrepresented amateur writer.
A friend of mine who works in high-level technical position at major studio read my animation scripts after a long night of talking about great feature-length cartoons.
My friend spoke highly of my work and seemed very excited. He passed the Chief Creative Officer’s contact info to me. This person is also an esteemed director/animator/screenwriter.
Reaching out directly would be a massive professional blunder, right?
Is there any way to make potentially make proper use of this connection as I seek representation/try to sell my skills and scripts?
