Italian Affidavit of Financial Support

I was given an affidavit of financial support to fill out from my consulate but I see the form had a blurb confirming that the person supporting me is a parent.
The problem is one of my grandparents is supporting me and Iām not sure what to do?
Is there some other form I could get with an option where I can fill out that allows grandparents to sponsor me or am I screwed here?
