How to execute a voter registration drive at my school (posted to my state subreddit yesterday)

A lot of my friends are politically inclined, and I want to encourage those who want to vote to register for voting. Can someone link me to voter registration forms so I can hand them a form and walk them through it, and then deliver the stack of forms to the County Clerk?
Also, how is it best to actually encourage them to go to the polls? I know some may forget or feel it's too inconvenient.
