Hello fitness enthusiasts!
I am searching for a male strength trainer/coach to help me restart my fitness journey after several years away from a gym.聽
My goals are to:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Build strength and stability
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Tone my physique and possibly gain muscle
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Reduce weight and blood pressure
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Improve overall well-being
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Have fun
I鈥檓 starting from scratch with no weight training experience so I am looking for someone who will hold me accountable, keep me motivated, and guide me with proper techniques and approaches.
I respect the value of your time and efforts and am not seeking free services.聽 Ideally, I鈥檇 love to work with someone in this community who has access to a home gym, as I don鈥檛 currently have equipment or a facility to use.
