Any recommendations for a do-it-all handyman with light electrical and contracting experience?
Post Body

We are moving into a new, recently-flipped house. No major renovation are needed, but we do have a list of many small jobs we need done, and would love to just pay one person for their time to get it all done rather than hiring out each project.

Examples of work needed includes: replacing lights with ceiling fans in several rooms, swapping out a hanging light fixture, closing off an unnecessary doorway with drywall, painting the garage door and front door, installing a glass shower door, and hanging gutters on one side of the house.

Thank you for any and all recommendations!
