Recommendations for a home renovation contractor?

Hello Sacramento!
I’m in the process of buying my first house, and it’s become clear that anything in my price range will be a fixer-upper. Anyone have a solid contractor they recommend for fairly straightforward projects like replacing flooring and adding drywall to rooms with wood paneling/concrete block construction?
