Long has been your fight and long have you been the harbingers of change to Russia, first in 1905 and then once more in 1917. Today, we do not ask you to be the harbinger to a new political development that will fundamentally change - to do so would be to ask too much of you. All we are asking for... is your surrender to make sure your sacrifices are not made in vain. Just as the Bolsheviks dismantled internal dissent with their supposed allies in the Left-SR so too will they come for you, to prevent you from being the harbinger of justice against them. We do not ask you to fight, we do not ask you to assist us against the Bolsheviks, all we offer is a chance to avoid death, and have a chance at producing meaningful change in a united Russia, free of foreign influence. We offer the ability for you to return to your families, to not have to worry about political persecution or about dying for a cause that has not heeded your concerns nor taken you into account, only treating you like pawns that can be sacrificed for their benefit. While I admit that our cause is not perfect - for no cause is - our cause is the just one. The Bolsheviks have dismantled centuries of Russian progress to a bright and prosperous future free of foreign oppression. They sold Russia out to the Kaiser in order to save their own skin, they have dismantled the Constituent Assembly all because they did not win a majority of votes as they alone expected. They currently exploit the peasant, doing to the peasant an injustice never seen before, robbing them of their livelihood and their lives only to grow fat as they profiteer on their so called 'War Communism'. Meanwhile, our cause - led by Supreme Ruler Boldyrev - has allowed the peasantry the right to decide their own socioeconomic status, has given aid to those in need, and continues to uphold the democratic tradition established and voted upon by the Russian people. It is up to you, the men and woman of Kronstadt to decide your own fate, to lay down your arms or fight until you are all dead. I can not not make that choice for you, but I ask you to make the right choice. You have two weeks to decide whether or not to accept my offer of amnesty and forgiveness. After that, those who wish to continue fighting will get what they so desire. We await your response Kronstadt.
