Daily Challenge - Mk 3 Carbantis

Over the past 2-3 months I've took a tally of my rewards from the daily challenges. Mk 3 Carbantis were a particular interest as seems like everyone needs 100-200 of them. The "Rewards" for the highest rank of the Str show a potential of 7 Carbantis.
Now over the past 3 months I've averaged about 3.3 per run. Not once have I received 6 let alone 7.
Has ANYONE received 7 carbantis from this challenge? What is the probability of the 7 vs 6 vs 5?
