I posted this idea a while ago to the Bioshock subreddit with no success. I tend to get ideas like this but I have no animations skills to speak of. Basically, it's a music video for the Lutece twins and I'd hope someone would be interested enough by this idea to make it a reality. All I ask is that I get to see it.

Here's the script. The animation is set to the song "Little Talks" by Of Monsters and Men. Here it is if you don't know it. It starts out with Rosalind noticing a blip in her machine which is Robert signalling to her. As the female and male singers speak it's naturally Rosalind and Robert respectively, talking to the machine in the hopes of talking to their twin. When the instrumental part begins, we see a montage of Robert taking Anna from Booker, then going through the portal together. Robert collapses, next we Rosalind is sitting beside his bed. After she speaks Robert responds in a joking manner. She responds concerned and when the song goes "we used to play outside when we were young" we see a glimpse of Robert's new memory of them growing up as siblings. The duet then consists of them singing together while they perform experiments in their typical serious, aloof fashion with clear signs of contempt for everyone else.

The next instrumental is them struggling with their tear machine which is going haywire. Think tear explosions, strong temporal winds and then a portal opens up that sucks Robert into it. Seeing Robert fall in, Rosalind gives up and the pull of the wind swallows her too. The climax in the instrumental is a final explosion which leaves their charred bodies on the ground in their lab. As the singers pick up again the twins are suddenly and silently looking upon their own bodies. They turn to each other, then as the music picks up again we see them randomly teleporting with the camera spinning around them. When the bridge starts again, we see a montage of them in the scenes they appeared in the game, singing to each other in perfect unison.

The finale when the music once again dies and the creaking of the boat is the only sound, is them sitting on the final boat with Booker and Elizabeth. They're singing to each other, sad expressions on their faces knowing this might be the last moment they have together. Camera pans away to the lighthouse and fade to black.

tl;dr A silly homage idea I had in my head which I keep replaying every time I listen to the song Little Talks. Hoping someone with animation skills might pick it up and make it a reality.
