Hqm tc glitch?

Is there anyone else experiencing this? So last night i upgraded one wall to hqm and my upkeep was 5 hqm. I placed 90 hqm as that’s all I had at the time. I had one day and a half upkeep time. I log on today not even 8 hours later and my base says decaying and all my hqm is gone. This is really annoying because as a solo it’s kinda tough for me to get hqm and that was all I had for guns and such.
