Buggy App

Anyone having trouble with the app acting buggy? I have not been able to upload pictures, and walks won't close. Support has been no help.
It's annoying, but there is an underlying issue that is a concern. If I cannot close apps, then the client follows everywhere I go when I leave the site. I prefer my anonymity, that is partially why I pay out 20% for every gig.
