I had a new dog that needed daycare so we did meet & greet went fine. Day came & all went well & they said how their dog seamed to have a good time. I later reached out to most of my clients letting them know of the dates I will be traveling so they can plan around me if they want. This new one time client replied how they didn’t think it was a good fit & would never be back. I am 100% fine with that because I only want clients that are 100% happy with the service I provided. But I think he thinks I was a different sitter because of why he said happened during stay. So I think as a dog owner in new space I might of just said thanks for info as from what my clients tell me there are very few good sitters around here & he might want to come back. But after that response I am less likely to work with them. The dog was okay but mostly just wanted to hang out alone and didn’t want to play. I wish him all the best finding the best fit for him & his dog. Have a Great Day.
