First client, first 5-star review, and a $9 tip! What a great way to start my first sitting request.
As a cat specialist in my area, I'm curious to learn from those of you who have been doing this for a while. What extra steps did you take that earned you a nice tip or review? Any insights would be greatly appreciated!
My biggest tip so far was for cats. 1 cat was lovey dovey and the other cat wouldn't even come out. I gave daily updates and by the end of the week the shy day was my Bff. The owner loved that I worked to make him comfortable with me.
I also tend to get tips when I work from home from their house, cat or dog. I can work from anywhere, so it's not a big deal to me, but owners love that shit.
