there's plenty of options for the home setup depending on budget, if you are washing, a freeze dryer would be a good investment as well but again that depends on how serious you want to be and if this is just for personal production. plenty of brands offering bubble bags for washing, you just want to make sure you aren't agitating the flower too much during the washing process.

For pressing an ounce or two of rosin every few months you can get away with a smaller 3x5 platen size fairly readily. I've had customers running 50 grams of bubble on my 3x5 platens so you can make quick work for an ounce of rosin depending on the quality of the bubble being worked with.

Lots of options for presses depending on budget and needs as well, a lot of people swear by dabpress, I personally don't agree with them. The press frame is made from aluminum and is not structurally sound for production work.

if you are looking for reliability avoid presses with bottlejacks, they will leak on you eventually and need to be replaced and generally aren't built for sustaining pressure for long periods, they are substantially cheaper than a proper hydraulic cylinder tho.

If you are in looking for a press from a US company, these ones all have varying prices depending on your need.

I am a bit biased on presses as I do produce them for the Canadian and US market as well but I can appreciate the above companies ability to make something less likely to kill you than a dabpress.
