Gamecube : Swiss boot CD + XenoGC issues

Hi guys,

I am having a lot of trouble getting Swiss boot CDs to work on my Xeno chipped GC bought off ebay.

Here is the info :

- I got this xeno chipped cube off this seller https://www.ebay.fr/itm/154431304394 and it works perfectly with normal game discs as far as I can tell.

- I bought a Swiss disc from https://handheldlegend.com/ and when it arrived, I loaded it into the console and booted Swiss without issue. But after that first time, every other time I tried to use this disc the console could not seem to read it.

- I sent a message to HandheldLegend and they were nice enough to send me a new one. It arrived and same thing. It booted correctly a couple times and then stopped working.

Here are my questions :

- Is there anything I can do to make my console read the discs more easily without having to change parts or open it ? Will resurfacing the discs help ? They seem pretty scratch-free but not perfect

- Failing that, would the action replay disc 2GB SD card with Swiss on it work better ? I don't know if Action Replay CDs are likme the "official" ones

- Failing that, what should I do ? Do I need my gamecube calibrated or the cell changed or something ?

Thanks a lot in advance for any help !
