Io cred ca e greu sa dai vina pe cineva acuma. Rotile care au dus masinaria aici s-au pus demult in miscare, si acuma se merge din inertie. Ai salarii mici la profesori -> profii nu mai sunt interesati -> meditatii -> bani-> profii sunt si mai neinteresati de scoala -> nu mai vrea nimeni sa ajunga prof -> multi oameni slab pregatit ajung profi -> e nevoie de meditatii, si ceva in genul asta.
