What does the Overtime mutator do?

I don't know how long it's been in the game, but what does it do?
There are three settings:
- Unlimited
- 5 MAX, First Score
- 5 MAX, Random Team
I don't really know what those settings mean. Unlimited is the default: The overtime can go as long as it needs until one team scores.
But what about the others? Is it a 5 Minute limit? But what happens after those five minutes?
Does the third setting mean that after those 5 minutes a random team is selected as the winner? But then I don't understand the second setting.
