Hi All,
To help us with the next steps towards reducing the number of disconnects, we need the community’s help to understand exactly what’s happening when you disconnect.
Examples of this might be:
- “Randomly while playing in a battle”
- “When entering a battle, with the splash screen for the map, but before actually entering the battle screen with the player lists”
- “When waiting for a battle to start with the countdown”
- “After the map loading screen, it gets stuck on a black screen and never loads”
- “Sometimes straight after I die during a battle”
etc..
Also, if you’re comfortable with it, please include which country you’re currently in.
