Yesterday I played a round as Luxembourg and multiple countries that had Civil wars got the Vietnamese focus tree instead of their own or the generic one.

These countries were, monarchist Italy and Slovenia in the Italian Civil War, authoritarian Greece, fascist Germany in their monarchist Civil War and both Paraguays in its civil war.

If the same thing happens today I'll get Screenshots of it, unfortunately I forgot yesterday.
