The car wash phenomenon is taking over other parts of the US - and what the RGV can do
Post Body

Stumbled on this good article on Bloomberg regarding the rise of car washes around the country. Basically, it's a great business, especially if using the subscription business model: stable revenues, 50% EBITDA margins (that's like, software margins), and good growth profile.

But, some cities are enacting moratoriums or "saturation" bans to limit the build-out of these car washes, especially on Main Streets, near cultural centers, and schools.

Who would we have to reach out to in Mission, Mcallen, Edinburg, etc. to push for these type of moratoriums?
