I know nothing about modding, so i dont know what is or ISNT even possible, but i had an idea that i thought would be cool for a mod. forgive me if its a thing, please point me to it if so.

we have the Royal Tribute Collector that comes around to buy your slaves and gold for honor, neat.

what about, instead, a Tax collector that comes once a year and you have to give them X% of your total wealth, in either silver or goods, or you lose favor with the empire? I know the Star wars mod has something.... . KINDA like it, but ive only seen the "Pay the (galactic) empire taxes" event happen once per colony.
