RSV with SVE vs without

Are there any accommodations or changes that RSV makes when installed with SVE that would push a first time RSV player toward or against including SVE?
I'm very close to perfection on my first modded farm, where SVE is the only big content mod. I'm going to start an RSV play through soon and I'm wondering whether there's any in-game reason to either include SVE or leave it out. My initial inclination is to use only RSV but I figured it was worth asking more experienced players.
