Leaving firm for cloud based brokerage. Can I take a deal with me?
Post Body

Got a deal from my cre brokerage that was generated by their system but died at another property. Revived it and it is now about to lease. Due to disagreements I've left my company and am moving my license to a cloud based brokerage system. Company wants me to still close the deal with them but its a 45% commission split instead of 90% at the cloud brokerage. Can i just collect commissiom at my new brokerahe or do I have to go through my old company? Are there potential legal ramifications if I do?
