final walk through worries

the buyers have a final walk through scheduled ~2 hours before closing tomorrow. all of our belongings are out and the house is clean.

is there anything else i need to do? i’m absolutely terrified of the buyer backing out because he’s been squirrelly and pissy the whole time. i want to do everything i can to make this go smoothly and make the buyer disappear from my life forever haha.

EDIT: this is an AS IS sale, but there are no major issues with the house, every issue has been disclosed/ shown through multiple inspections.
