I've never been much of an anime watcher, however this show has an excellent plot. I find the intrigue behind it fascinating. To me its the anime version of a mash up between the movie Groundhog Day with Bill Murray, The hobbit, maybe with a touch of "Heart of Darkness" by Joseph Conrad?

I am curious how the MC plans to go about the situation once he finds out more about how his "ability" works and who is responsible for his situation ultimately. Call me paranoid, but I have a copy of "The Knowledge: How to rebuild our world from scratch by Lewis Dartnell, and The Book of Knowledge of Ingenious Mechanical Devices by Ismail Al-Jazari saved on my phone. The first book is self explanatory, while the second book contains all sorts of blueprints for tech powered by simple machines to provide essential modern commodities such as running water and clocks!
