I think I have Raynaud's, based on my research (good old self diagnosis), but do doctors actually do a test to diagnose it?
I worked at a covid test site for several months and they had us outdoors in the winter months (I live in southern california) but we were located inside of an outdoor parking structure and I worked 10 hour days in there, freezing cold. It felt like 30-40 degrees F for the entire time. After working there, I kept experiencing the numbing chill on my fingertips and they go white. It's not the worst, but is somewhat painful and alarming!
