Post Body

About 13 months ago, I made Towncrier with absolutely no thought going into it. My original head watcher alt had changed roles to become my AOE farmer, so one day before raid I needed someone to sit out by the npcs. Since my old mage was always asking about times and occasionally yelling about them, the name Towncrier seemed kind of funny.

Now a year later, Rattlegore has accepted me with open arms and elevated me to a position that I never thought was possible. Fanart of my character, stickers, and the countless thanks I've received over the months from players all over the server. I am truly grateful to have been an integral part of our Alliance community, and I thank you all for all of the kindness shown to me over the months.

With world buffs no longer being a dominant part of the meta, I will be stepping down from a central role as a buff watcher and instead focusing on more player run community style events, like the PVP tournaments that Antaris has been hosting. I would love to be involved with anything that unites the community together, so if you have any events you would like to be promoted please do not hesitate to get me involved.

Thank you Rattlegore once again for everything. It is very difficult to capture the last 13 months in a text post, but it has truly been a unique experience that will be unmatched by any other game or community. I look forward to the new memories we will create together going forward in TBC <3

Much love,

Towncrier
