Hello everyone!

I’m a 30-year-old lady living life on the Canadian prairies. My username is based on my birth year (super original, I know) and the Disney character I relate the most to - the phenomenal Scrump from Lilo and Stitch.

I too have a large head that I sometimes use to rock a bow like nobody’s business. I don’t know if a bug has ever laid eggs in my ear. But once when I was ~5 I put a bead in my nose and it got stuck. Don’t tell my family though - I insisted it was in there because “I fell on it” and I’ve been holding on to that for far too long to go back on it now.

I’m a Program Manager at a small nonprofit and a Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) facilitator. I'm a bit of a collector of hobbies. I don't have anything I'm super dedicated to at the moment but I enjoy being creative and doing crafty things. Last summer I got into gardening a bit and really enjoyed it. I’m a huge animal lover! Currently, I have two dogs that bring me so much joy. In the past, I’ve had a wide variety of pets including goats, sheep, llamas, chinchillas, and a hedgehog.

I happened on to this subreddit by chance, and was so taken by the positivity and joy the members bring each other. It seems like such a kind and accepting community. I've been lurking for a while and would love to be a part of it! I'm looking forward to getting to know all you wonderful humans.
