I've been noticing lately that there are a lot of Paleo eaters on this sub. Like me! (Well, I try to at least. I know that beer from the other night wasn't Paleo...but it was sooooooooooooooo good!) So I wanted to make a thread where we could share our go-to recipes, food items, and restaurant hacks if we were sticking to a grain, dairy, gluten, and soy free diet. HOWEVER I don't wanna be super exclusive so I wanna invite anyone following a special/restrictive diet to share their go-to recipes here! Just make sure you tag it with what it is (ex: Paleo, vegan, Keto, AIP, dairy-free, gluten free, etc....) Feel free to ask questions if you're interested in learning more about any of these eating styles too! Summon friends! Have fun :D
