I was super excited to hear about the Hush dupes for ABH palettes. I have modern renaissance and prism, but didn't feel like shelling out the money for subculture. But i feel like i can accurately give commentary since ive tried both brands.
The colors are a near identical match from what i can see. And the shimmers are lovely. Theyre super high pigment which i love. I'm sure you've seen all of this in other reviews, so I wanted to touch on something I wish I'd known before i bought it, the darker shades.
The 2 greens, the blue, and the purple, are all really pretty but EXTREMELY streaky and patchy and have significantly less pigment than the others. The peach for example goes on beautifully, but the purple is sooo patchy. Even in swatches, its streaky and god forbid you try to blend it. It blends away to nothing. Just gone. And because of this it winds up giving a lot of fallout.
I just wanted to share because i wish I'd known before hand. I managed to use the greens and blues a bit, but the purple is basically a wash.
